How can I be kept in the loop regarding new releases and special sales?
The best way to be an insider for the brand is to:
1.) Subscribe to our email list.
2.) Follow our instagram @wickham_wild
3.) Join our Facebook Insiders group. Here, especially, you will view product photos faster, vote on future prints and products, and be supported by a community that share a love for Wickham Wild and cloth diapers!
Any major annoucements regarding delays for any drops or shipments will be made directly on the website, as well.
Why can't I combine in-stock orders with preorders?
I will try to keep long preorders to a minimum, but there may be times where some items will be opened up for a preorder. If that is the case, I ask that you do not combine a preorder item with an in-stock item as the items will only ship once all items are in-stock. I do not want you to wait for diapers that are ready to ship!
Do you ship your products outside USA?
As of right now, Wickham Wild only ships to locations within the United States. I am currently working hard to open up shipping to Canada.
How do I care for my diapers?
When starting your cloth diaper journey, it is very important to research a proper wash routine to maintain the longevity and integrity of your diapers and inserts. Refer to the wash instructions printed on the care tag of your diapers for some basic guidelines.
**Keep in mind that washing in hot water and drying on high heat could cause diapers to delaminate over time and elastics to weaken and stretch.
