Return Policy

It is our hope that you absolutely love your Wickham Wild diapers and accessories.  However, if for any reason it isn’t love, you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.  In order for a return to be accepted, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received.  Items must be unused and (given the nature of our products) unworn, and unwashed.  Hang tags must be affixed to the product and include any additional original packaging.  You will be required to provide an order number and be the original purchaser.

If you wish to return part or all of your order, email with the products you wish to return, reasons for return, and order number.  You must initiate a return with the company in order for items to be accepted and a return label to be generated.  Please do not just send items to the originating address.


Exchange Policy

Each order is packed with love by Stephanie.  I will do everything in my power to double check that your order is correct, but mistakes can happen.  If your order happens to be incorrect, please email immediately upon noticing so that we can either correct the order or refund you appropriately.  Please keep in mind that some prints may sell out more quickly than others.  If we can exchange your incorrect item for the correct print, we absolutely will.  If the item is sold out, then we will either issue a refund for the diaper or discount your diaper 50% if you decide to keep it.


Defective Items Policy

Our diapers go through multiple quality checks at the manufacturing level and are each hand inspected by Stephanie upon receiving the shipment. Please carefully inspect your entire order upon receiving it.  If an item does manage to slip through our quality checks and is determined to be defective or damaged, please email with your concerns, order number, and if possible, a photo.  All purchases have a 14 day warranty from receiving the items.  Items that are damaged through individual wash routine issues will not be covered under our Defective Item Policy.

Non-returnable Items

When purchasing products from our website, please note if an item is marked as final sale.  These items will not be eligible for return unless they are found to be defective or damaged.

Refund Processing

Once we have received your refund, please allow 5-10 business days for us to inspect it, and if approved issue the refund.  You will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.  Please allow a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If for any reason your refund does not appear, please contact us at


Pre-Order/Order Cancellations

Life happens. Sometimes you may need to cancel a pre-order or an order before it has had a chance to ship to you.  We understand; however, a 20% processing fee will be charged to cover credit card processing fees on our end.  If you wish to avoid this fee, then you need to wait to receive the order as purchased and then request a return at
