Outer Layer: 100% Cotton

Inner Core: 6 layers 100% Cotton Muslin, 1 layer bamboo terry, 1 layer of PUL

**These training pants are designed to assist in the training process.  This means that they are NOT diapers.  Potty training is most successful when a child can feel wetness.  While designed to absorb and contain accidents, they may not offer 100% complete protection.  These training underwear are perfect for outings, car rides, day care, school, and overnight once the child has become partially trained, but you still feel nervous to go full undies when leaving the house or trusting their skills overnight!
